There are two easy and convenient ways to access all: (1) Mobile App or (2) Online Web Portal.  The marketing team has provided every dealership with a little refresh on how to navigate the mobile app so that showing your clients how they can access their benefits is as easy as 1..2..3!

How to Create a Log-In:


  • Use email listed in CRM to create account or use the client’s last name and vin #
  • Mobile App and Web Portal use the same login information
  • if the client has an error, please email apphelp@10.2.54.33
  • Be sure all client information is correct in CRM. If their information is not correct in CRM, then it will not be correct in the app

 

Frequently Asked Questions:


Q: How do I change my Primary vehicle or add a new vehicle to my account?

A: Sign in to the app and tap the menu button in the upper left-hand corner. Under “Account” go to “Vehicle List” and then tap edit. This is where you can move your vehicles around and add any new vehicles.

Q: I am not able to register within the app or portal. How do I fix this?

A: The client must use the email address already associated with your Park Place account in our CRM.

Q: Why can’t I see my vehicle information within the App?

A: The client’s vehicle information is tied to the email address already associated with your Park Place account in our CRM. This email address was given to use during the purchase process.

Q: is my login information different on portal then what I use to access the mobile app?

A: No, the login information is the same across both platforms.

 

Each dealership has a demo account to use to show the clients around the app. Login credentials were given to the managers. If a client ha additional questions and you do not know the answer, please direct them to www.parkplace.com/mobileapp. And if problems persist, please email apphelp@10.2.54.33 for support.
