We need you!
We learned from last year’s Supercar Showcase that we need MANY volunteers in order to make the event successful and to provide service to the standard our clients have come to expect from us.
We are looking for members with a “can do” and “let’s get it done” attitude to apply for our volunteer opportunities. A review and approval process will be completed with management for each applicant to be sure the dealerships are also fully staffed for a busy Saturday. Not all applicants are approved. You will be notified by Anam Ali by September 10th with your approval or decline. You will also be notified of your area of responsibility and shift at this time.

- Ticketing & Will Call
- Entrance
- Drink Ticket Sales
- Park Place Info Desk
- Greeters
- Security
- Parking Attendants (directional only)
- Facilities

This year’s event is Saturday, October 13 from 10am-4pm at The Four Seasons Resort and Club. We are planning to host our first volunteer meeting during the week of September 17th at Corporate.
We will talk more about areas of need and how we can all work together to make this year’s event bigger and better than ever.
Jordan, Neil and Ken have all identified this event as a strategic part of our overall efforts this year.
