Ready for Our Close-ups: Backstage with the Dallas Morning News Top 100
The Dallas Morning News “Top 100 Places to Work” is a recognized endorsement for regional companies that realize productivity and prosperity are products of doing the right things right for employees.
At a ceremony on November 14th, Park Place Dealerships Park Place was recognized as a winner of this prestigious award, coming in at 18th on the list (last year, Parkm Place ranked 19th). This year marks the tenth time the company has placed on the list.
“Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results,” says Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage, which conducts the DMN survey.
The award includes a brief video of employee interviews for the publication’s magazine and website. The shoot was held at Park Place Porsche Grapevine, and these six members proudly (if a little nervously) stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the “park,” so to speak.
