Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth Celebrates a Grand Opening

Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth celebrated the grand opening of its newly renovated showroom and service facilities, with finishing touches underway on the expanded shop and detail building.

The extensive renovation transformed the Bryant Irvin Road dealership with the Mercedes-Benz EVolution Design and includes a sleek new showroom featuring contemporary architecture and an open environment. A redesigned client lounge features comfortable seating, a self-service coffee bar and areas for clients to meet with their sales and service advisors.

Additionally, the project updated the dealership’s service drive and increased parking lot capacity by nearly 400 spaces. Once construction on the shop and detail building is completed, the finished dealership will have more than 11,000 square feet of new construction.

The grand opening event featured remarks from Park Place and Asbury leadership, Fort Worth City Councilman Michael Crain, and Mercedes-Benz Southern Region Area Manager Frank Gomez. Other notable attendees included Brinkmann Constructors and Praxis3, the General Contractor and Architect firm for the project, respectively.

“This renovation reflects Asbury’s continued investment in Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth’s Members, clients and the Fort Worth community,” said Berry Feiz, Area Vice President of Asbury Automotive Group. “It was a privilege to partner with Mercedes-Benz to bring this vision to life, and this facility sets the standard for what clients can expect from Park Place for years to come.”

“This celebration was an opportunity to welcome our clients and friends from throughout Fort Worth into the dealership and thank them for their support,” said George Johnson, General Manager of Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth. “Park Place has a long history in Fort Worth, and many of the relationships we have built extend well beyond the dealership. We value the opportunity to serve this community and to celebrate this milestone with the people who have been part of our story.”

Beyond serving Mercedes-Benz clients, Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth has long-term relationships with nonprofit organizations serving the Fort Worth community. The evening benefitted Rutledge Cancer Foundation, a Fort Worth nonprofit that provides support to adolescents and young adults diagnosed with cancer.

As part of the celebration, a $10,000 check was presented to Lynn Hammer, Executive Director of the Rutledge Cancer Foundation, recognizing the Foundation’s transformative work.

Guests enjoyed an array of delicious bites throughout the evening from Far Out Hospitality including Wagyu Cheddar Jalapeno bites from Tavern, Hummus Veggie Crudité Cups from Press Café, Street Corn Cups and Ceviché from Maria’s Mexican Kitchen, Bacon-wrapped dates and macaroons from Le Margot, and Sushi bites and mini lobster rolls from Pacific Table.

Luxe Provisions and Co. created the “Maybach Cannoli” with a chocolate tip and hazelnut topping and a custom Maybach crème filling.

Suntory Spirits hosted specialty tastings and crafted cocktails. Grown Brilliance and Kendra Scott provided beautiful jewelry displays while guests could also enjoy hand massages and product samplings from Jo Malone London.

Members of the Mercedes-Benz Club of Fort Worth provided a red 1971 280SL convertible and a blue 1959 190SL as well as a maroon 1960 220SE for display during the celebration.
