More than 100 guests joined Park Place at Land Rover DFW for a morning of distinctive vehicles, conversation and time with their four-legged companions.

The event was a dog lover’s paradise. Golden retrievers, corgies, pitbulls, and Australian shepherds all were in attendance. The meetup was a celebration of the meaningful bond between a person and their furry adventure buddies, offering a space for fellow animal lovers and Land Rover enthusiasts to connect.
A special part of this event was the participation of Rowlett-based nonprofit Friends of Rescue Animals. A 2025 Park Place Cares Season of Giving recipient, this 100% volunteer-operated nonprofit is dedicated to improving the lives of homeless pets in North Texas. With the Park Place Season of Giving grant, Friends of Rescue Animals dedicated more resources to mobilizing volunteers, funding veterinary care and checkups and advocating for the lives of shelter animals.
Friends of Rescue Animals brought several dogs to the event that were all available for adoption. Each pup was accompanied by a volunteer and were able to socialize with guests and other dogs, all while enjoying a beautiful, sunny day outside of the shelter.

Vintage, classic and current Land Rover models lined the display, giving enthusiasts an opportunity to compare vehicles and share stories. Guests also explored 2026 Defender models and connected with the dealership team.
HoneyLu’s Craft Coffee Truck served coffee, iced beverages, breakfast tacos and baked goods throughout the morning. Guests could also shop for Land Rover accessories for their dogs, including collars, dog bowls, and bandanas.

Park Place Land Rover DFW is a key part of the Grapevine community and welcomes clients and their four-legged friends of all shapes or sizes.
Park Place Dealerships will announce its next Season of Giving grant recipients the week of November 16, followed by a ceremony recognizing the organizations and their work across North Texas.
